- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The work covered by this specification consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and material for a complete installation. Re-coring/keying the Air National Guard complex with a patented key system from "Stanley Security Solutions". All items are Brand Name or Equal. The Contractor is encouraged to propose their most cost efficient solution to best meet the requirements of the Statement of Work. All performance shall be in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of the awarded contract. Contractors will field verify all dimensions and existing utilities as to not interfere with any existing conditions. The performance period for this project is 45 Days after receipt of notice to proceed.
