- The Mission Contracting Office (MCO) - Fort Bragg, North Carolina will issue a solicitation for Acquisition and Installation of Integrated Commercial Detection System (ICIDS-III) at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, transportation, supervision and other items and/or services necessary to acquire and install ICIDS-III at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This requirement will be solicited as 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths). The small business size standard for NAICS code 561621 is $12.5 million. A Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Requirements-type contract is anticipated under solicitation number W91247-11-T-0050 and will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acqusition.army.mil/afsi. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration. Offerors must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.bpn.gov prior to submitting an offer. No paper copies of the solicitations will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. The anticipated posting of the request for quote (RFQ) will be on or before 15 June, 2011.
