- Synopsis: The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Keyport intends to issue a solicitation to procure AN/SQQ-34C(V)2 Interface Processing System (IPS) Assemblies (P/N 7447914). The IPS is a subsystem of CV-TSC Aircraft Carrier Tactical Support Center (CV-TSC) system. Work shall be in accordance with NUWC Report 2835 and the AN/SQQ-34C(V)2 IPS drawings provided in the solicitation. NUWC Keyport will provide Government Furnished Material (GFM) for use in the assembly and perform first article and acceptance testing. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business with NAICS Code 334511 and a size standard of 750 employees. The Government anticipates award for a firm fixed price type contract for a base requirements of 4 units and four option quantities of 2, 3, 2, and 2 units respectively. The award will be based on best value determined by the tradeoff of price and other factors as set forth in the solicitation. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued by 7 July 2011 with the Request for Proposal (RFP) posted to the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website: https://www.neco.navy.mil/ and to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website: https://www.fbo.gov/. Offerors wishing to submit a proposal are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP will be accepted. Offerors must have a current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Offerors are also advised that representations and certifications must be completed electronically via the ORCA website at http://orca.bpn.gov. NOTE: Drawings for this solicitation are restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and will ONLY be available to offeror ™s appointed data custodian that are registered with Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) Joint Certification Program (JCP). Offeror ™s that are not registered with DLIS JCP can obtain registration information at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/.
