To be considered for award, all vendors must submit a complete proposal package which includes the original solicitation and all 3 amendments (signed). As noted in Amendment 0002, drawing 80063 A3046204 revision AA has been updated and is now available in cfolders. The Purchase Order text is revised to read as shown on pages 3-7 of the amendment (replaces pages 3-6 of solicitation SPM5L1-10-R-0004.) Your revised offer should be valid for 60 days from closing date of this amendment (June 15) FAILURE TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE PROPOSAL THAT INCLUDES SIGNED COPIES OF ALL 3 AMENDMENTS MAY RESULT IN YOUR PROPOSAL NOT BEING CONSIDERED FOR AWARD.
