- Otolaryngology Physician Services - The Contractor shall provide Otolaryngologist (ENT) Physician services in accordance with the requirements of this contract. Contractor ™s employee(s) must be present at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center (VAMC) and must actually be performing the required services of this contract. Coverage will be provided twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, including weekends and Holidays. The Contractor shall be responsible for on-site general and specialty staff services. Services are to include on-site clinics, consultations, operative and non-operative procedures and pre- and post-operative care. THIS IS NOT FOR A LOCUM TENEMS CONTRACT.
