- 6/2/11 - open and closing date changed to 6/20/11 and 7/20/11. __ Solicitation is for 1 Hydraulic Component Test Stand: Testek model 9770-0649, 1 electronics console: Testek model 9740-0059, and 1 Hydraulic test stand spare parts kit: Testek p/n 3770-0971 along with on-site start up and familiarization training in Kuwait. Delivery is 365 calendar days ARO, FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at Origin. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Award will be a firm fixed price contract made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer received. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation will be available on or about 06/20/2011 on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP and will close on 07/20/2011. Solicitation details will NOT be available until the official solicitation is posted to the public via DIBBS.
