Description
This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting synopses and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Sensing Systems Inc., 2755 Campus Drive Ste 230, San Mateo CA 94403-2515, for Tungsten Media Toolkit client and server licenses and support for a Video Management System (VMS) for video and metadata ingestion, storage, retrieval, and analysis. The contract will have a four-year period of performance. All deliverables will be FOB Destination NSWC Crane Division, Crane IN 47522. The minimum/maximum requirement for the Tungsten Media Toolkit client and server licenses is 51/550 and 51/800 respectively. Sensing software is fully compatible with and will facilitate the interface and communication of currently fielded systems with systems to be fielded in the future without a requirement for re-engineering, additional application support, or systems testing. The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis to Sensing Systems Incorporated in accordance with FAR 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements. No formal solicitation will be issued. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation that shall be considered by the agency.
