- Statement of Work Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number: 6171060A001A issued as a request for quote (RFQ). (iii) Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50. (iv) Not a set-aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 532411 (v) The 700 CONS/LGCA Support Flight has a requirement to purchase the following Service: CLIN 0001 Deployable Surrogate Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Quantity 1 lump sum. (vi) Description of requirements/specifications for the items to be acquired: Please see the attached Statement Of Work (vii) The place of delivery and acceptance will be 7th Weather Squadron GEB 32 Campbell Barracks Romerstrasse 168 69126 Heidelberg, Germany All offerors must quote FOB Destination, 7th Weather Squadron GEB 32 Campbell Barracks, Romerstrasse 168,69126 Heidelberg, Germany Required Delivery Date: 24 June 2011 (viii) The following Clauses and Provisions apply to this requirement: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; (ix) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, is not used. Award will be made to the technically acceptable low responsible offer. (x) Include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with your offer or complete paragraph (j) of 52.212-3 Alt 1, if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. The closing date's daily exchange rate will be used to evaluate the offerors prices.
