- Description
- This is an unrestricted acquisition for Fresh Milk and Dairy Products and Fruit Juices for DOD and Non-DOD customers in the state of Nevada and South and North Dakota. Major delivery points include the locations: Ellsworth AFB and USAF Air National Guard in SD, Minot AFB and Grand Fork AFB in ND, Offutt AFB in Nebraska. These delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Milk and Dairy Products and Fruit Juices for the contract period August 28, 2011 through August 24, 2013. The contract period will be twenty-four (24) months. Prices will be fixed with a monthly Economic Price Adjustment for fluid milk items and all other prices will be firm fixed. All materials to be used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offeror(s). All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-EBS Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offers will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in printable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adpbe.com. Anticipated solicitation issue date is on or after: June 2, 2011.
