- NSN 5306-01-547-2946, Bolt, Machine. Quantity 800 EA, PR No: 0040704113. Solicitation SPM4A5-11-R-1554 will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. FOB: Destination; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Required delivery is 123 days. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. This is a Critical Application item with a First Article Test (FAT) requirement. Export control applies. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
