- (This Solicitation replaces Solicitation No. L11PS00471.) PROJECT INFORMATION: The work will consist of furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to complete all work listed in the specifications and drawings, including: setting construction stakes, clearing, brushing, grubbing, excavation and compaction, placing aggregate base on approved subgrade and end-haul of waste material. The contractor shall install a culvert pipe and haul all cleared vegetation including stumps and logs not flagged for decking to a designated waste site. The corresonding NAICS code is 237990 Recreational Vehicle Park Construction. The project site is located in Lane County, Oregon, approximately 4.6 miles North of Marcola, Oregon, and the project price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The estimated start work date is July 25, 2011, and performance time is 45 calendar days. Bonds will be required: Bid Bond: None, Performance Bond: 20%, and Payment Bond: 100%.
