- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Louis Stokes, Cleveland, Ohio (VISN 10) intends to solicit for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) services. The purpose of this contract is to provide residential placement and supportive services through the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program for Cuyhaoga and Summit Counties. These services are to be provided to authorized Veterans who are referred by the Department of Veterans Affairs Louis Stokes Cleveland, Ohio. This requirement is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract, and the contract period will be for a base twelve (12) month period with one (1) year renewable option period to be exercised at the option of the government. The electronic solicitation shall be released on or before June 30, 2011 and may be downloaded from the following URL: http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation number is VA-250-11-RP-0162. The procurement is for full and open competition, with no set-aside. Based on the number of responsible offerors, and VA needs, a single award may result from this solicitation.
