- The U.S. Marshals Service intends to award a sole source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 to PKWARE, Inc., 648 N. Plankinton Ave., Suite 220, Milwaukee, WI 53203 for the annual maintenance of proprietary PKWARE, Inc. products. The annual maintenance is required for SecureZIP v12 Enterprise license. The software licenses are proprietary to PKWARE, Inc. who is the only responsible source for maintenance. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a request for offers. There is no solicitation document.
