- The purpose of this amendment is to revise attachment J-2 Specification and the response to questions number 4 and 8 in the questions and comments matrix. Offerors are reminded that you must acknowledge this amendment in your proposal submission otherwise your proposal may be considered nonresponsive. Based on the nature of revisions made in this amendment, the proposal due date will remain June 27, 2011. Other than the changes made by this amendment, all the other terms and conditions of the SIR/RFP remain the same.
