- The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United StatesNavy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command's (SPAWAR SYSCOM) proposes to award a Firm Fixed Price Sole Source Contract to Oracle USA, Inc. This contract will be for a five-year (base year plus four options) Primavera software license maintenance renewal. Primavera is a client-server scheduling and project management tool. The tool is licensed from the vendor, Oracle USA, Inc. on a per seat basis. Initial licenses for these seats have already been purchased. This contract is solely for the twelve month base with four- twelve month option renewal periods (1 September 31 August) of the software license which is required to operate the software. This announcement is for subcontracting possibilities only. The NAICS for this procurement is 511210 ($25,000,000 Dollars). All responses to this sole source announcement must be received by 2:00pm Pacific Time on 17 June 2011.
