- This publication serves as notice of intent to add additional funds for research at two additional sites,Highway Creek and Barnes Sound (2) and integration of data from all sites to contract WC133F-11-SE-08109 for analytical support of the Billfish and Blue Fin Tuna Research program at the Southeast Fisheries Science Center to Envisoft Consulting, LLC. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive responses. However, all responses received within three days after date of publication of this notice may be considered by the government. Responses can be faxed to Sharon Walker at (816) 274-6983 or sent via email to shaorn.walker@noaa.gov. A determination by the government not to compete the acquisitions based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. DOC, Eastern Acquisition Division-Kansas City Office requires that all contractors doing business with this office be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). No award can be made to a company not registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR please access the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov.
