- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Synopsis/Solicitation: Survivability, Vulnerability and Assessment - Pre-Amplifier This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFQ) and the reference number is W9124Q-11-P-Pre-Amplifier. The Offeror must be an authorized dealer and must quote on all or none basis. Written proposals are required (oral offers will not be accepted). Submission of proposals must be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. The Survivability, Vulnerability and Assessment at White Sands Missile Range has a requirement to purchase a Pre-Amplifier. The pre-amplifier is a must when attempting to provide accurate measurements of transmitted field intensities while testing to MIL-STD464A/C and MIL-STD461E/F radiated susceptibility requirements for all current and future force systems. Please see attached description list for further details of the requirement and equipment description. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is the best value for the Government and conforming to the solicitation the most advantageous to the Government. Please include CAGE Code, DUNS, Tax Identification Number, FOB Destination, and Discount Terms. Availability and how long it will take to effect shipment, delivery and installation of equipment. This is a full and open competition. The NAICS Code is 334515 and the size standard in number of employees is 500. The item(s) needed are: CLIN 0001: TS-PR18.40 (1207.0310.02) PREAMPLIFIER 18 TO 40 GHZ, gain min. 45 dB, incl. 115 V Power supply, with a Ruggedized Shipping case. BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. SEND SPECS AND PICTURES WITH BID. "Or Equal" submissions must include sufficient information to allow a complete technical review. "Or Equal" proposals that do not include sufficient technical information will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered further for award. To receive an award resulting from this RFQ, Offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, no exceptions. To register, please visit http://www.ccr.gov.
