- The Government (ASC/PKOAA) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is: OTP Industrial Solutions, Middletown, OH (FIRM-FIXED CONTRACT) Shipping and Insurance Charges are "to be included" in the total cost (Location: United States Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433) (QUANTITY: 1 each) Description: DRIVE LUBE OIL MOTOR AND IMO SCREW PUMP ASSEMBLY (plus a Custom-Made Base) Model C324ABF-375 3 Screw Pump, mounted on a base with coupling, guard and 60 HP, 1800 RPM, 3/60/460 TEFC, High Efficiency Motor-with Thermostats. The pump and motor to be laser-aligned before the shipping. This notice is being published for information purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations However, any quotations receiving within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
