- This acquisition is for a four year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of a Base Year and Three One-Year Option Periods. The National Stock Numbers associated with this acquisition include 8475-00-164-7095 & 8475-00-164-7108. The item is to be made in accordance with drawing 70360, Rev F, 9/10/79, Design Control Reference 70360-10 (Medium) or 70360-30 (Large) and DL70360. Pattern: 70359, Rev D Pattern Date: 13 March 92. All material shall be contractor furnished. First Article Testing (FAT) is required. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Base Year consists of a minimum quantity of 2,376, annual estimated quantity 9,504, and an annual order limitation quantity of 11,880. The three one-year option periods each have a minimum quantity of 2,376, annual estimated quantity of 9,504, and an annual order limitation quantity of 11,880 Deliveries are FOB Destination and the destinations are New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. The proposed acquisition will be awarded using Best Value Source Selection Procedures. Technical factors are considered more important than price. The technical proposal will consist of Past Performance. The estimated solicitation release date is July 1, 2011.
