- In support of GSA E-Buy RFQ: 570417 notice is hereby given that in the event that any part of this solicitation is deemed as 'open market' award will be made without further competition unless reasonable response is received as a result of this notice. At this point in time it is known that the requested intellidrive system is an open market accessory. This drive is considered a minor part of this requirement. Vendors proposing an alternate solution must be able to provide a product that is fully compatiable with the primary system(s) listed in RFQ: 570417.
