- Description
- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to solicit and negotiate a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO), with Moody's Analytics, Inc., located 121 North Walnut Street, Suite 500, West Chester, PA 19380-3166, in support of HUD Headquarters, Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R), Office of Economic Affairs, Economic Market Analysis Division. The PO will provide the Department with access to a large number of up-to-date general and metropolitan-area economic and financial reports, the Housing Monitor reports, and the Regional Financial Review reports. This is essential to completing the short turnaround tasks and analysis required by the Department. To facilitate community-specific economic analyses as well as more general macro-economic adhoc requests, the reports should be provided online, with frequent updates. Support should be provided on the use of this service and on means to adapt it to the Department's requirements. The proposed Period of Performance will be twelve months from the Effective Date October 1, 2011. This is a notice only, and it is not a request for solicitation (Request for Proposals or Request for Quotations). Only one responsible source were found to have reports of this nature to satisfy agency requirements. This RFQ is unrestricted.
