- The NF/SG VHS Lake City FL 32025 intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract with Hologic Limited Partnership, 250 Campus Dr Marlborough MA 01752-3020 on a sole source basis to FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with FAR PART 12 for the purchase of (2) RF9 Novasure RF Controller manufactured by Hologic. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339112. If there are any firms who wish to identify their interests and capability to provide this equipment must provide proof that authorization from the manufacturer has been attained by notifying the Contractor Officer no later than 5 days from this posting. Such notifications must include any documentation that includes certifications and descriptions of services that meets or exceeds the capabilities of the manufacture. Notifications shall be emailed to David Taylor, Purchasing Agent; David.Taylor4@va.gov. Upon receipt of any such notifications, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with the Sole Source negotiations. Responses received will be evaluated, however a determination by the Government not compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. If no responses are received, the NF/SG VHS Lake City FL, will proceed the sole source negotiation with Hologic Limited Partnership. This notice is not request for competitive proposal or quotes.
