- The purpose of this web-posting is to give advance notice of a pending Request for Offers (RFO) for the subject project. This web-posting currently includes the project technical specification, drawings, and notice of the OPTIONAL site visit. The FAA point-of-contact listed above will post a complete RFO to this website within a few days, which will include contract clauses and complete requirements for submitting an offer. Note: For those viewing this solicitation on the FedBizOpps.gov website, recommend you view it instead at the FAA Contract Opportunities website: http://faaco.faa.gov/. Select "Current Announcements" from the left-side menu, then enter the RFO number in the "By Keyword" search field: DTFANM-11-R-00109. Then click on the resulting hyperlink. - Type of Contract: Firm, fixed price. - Davis Bacon Act wage rates apply. - Estimated value: $150,000 to $180,000. - Optional site-visit planned for June 17, 2011. - Offers due: Tentatively, June 29, 2011. There is an OPTIONAL site-visit planned for June 17, 2011, at 12:30 pm Mountain Time. Pre-signup for the visit is REQUIRED.
