- Notice of Intent to Solicit Using Other Than Full and Open Competition: Drug Enforcement Administration, 1100 Raymond Boulevard, Newark, NJ 07102-5234. The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to procure space for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Newark, New Jersey by negotiating a superseding lease at the existing location at 1100 Raymond Boulevard of approximately 76,051 ANSI BOMA usable square feet of office and related space with a total of 77 structured (reserved) parking spaces. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. The Government will consider relocation costs, including the cost of the physical move, telecommunications relocation, and replication of tenant improvements in determining whether alternative space would be economically advantageous.
