- Notice DEA has a requirement for contractor support services to provide security transportation of controlled substance, to include bulk quantities of marijuana, cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, as well as scheduled pharmaceuticals. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, manpower, materials, supplies, clothing, and equipment necessary to accomplish the services in the states of Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona. The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is to gather information concerning the capability of interested vendors including small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, woman-owned small businesses, HUBZone certified small businesses, and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.
