- Mission Installation Contracting Command(MICC) Fort Gordon, GA intends to issue a sole source award to AT&T, Atlanta GA, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 and FAR 6.302-2 in the amount of $228,607.97. The justification for the sole source is that AT&T is the sole proprietor for providing telecommunications Long Haul Data Circuits and provides BASECOM services to Fort Gillem, GA and the urgent and compelling requirement it to support NEC-Ft Gillem Enclave with BRAC I3MP closure timelines of relocating fiber optic cabling from existing building into bldg 760, work must be completed by 15 June 2011 at which time FORSCOM will disconnect the network infrastructure.
