- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Procurement of construction materials for Yavoriv Training Area, Ukraine. Solicitation is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The closing date for this solicitation is 06 July 2011 at 1500 Central European Summer Time (CEST). All quotes must be received via e-mail no later than the time specified. All questions pertaining to this RFQ must be in writing and be submitted via e-mail and received by the 624th CCT no later than 1700 hours CEST on 29 June 2011.
