- Amendment 2 to DARPA-BAA-11-51 Content-Based Mobile Edge Networking (CBMEN) The purpose of Amendment 2 to DARPA-BAA-11-51 Content-Based Mobile Networking (CBMEN) is to make the following change: 1. Page, 18, section 5.3.1, entitled, Proposal Information. The fifth paragraph is replaced with the following: Proposers must submit an original and four (4) copies of the full proposal and two (2) electronic copies of the full proposal on a CD-ROM. Each copy must be clearly labeled with DARPA-BAA-11-51, proposer organization, proposal title (short title recommended), and Copy _ of 2. All administrative correspondence and questions on this solicitation, including requests for information on how to submit a proposal to this BAA, should be directed to DARPA-BAA-11-51@darpa.mil. DARPA intends to use electronic mail and fax for correspondence regarding DARPA-BAA-11-51. Proposals may not be submitted by fax or e-mail; any so sent will be disregarded. DARPA encourages use of the Internet for retrieving the BAA and any other related information that may subsequently be provided. End of Amendment 2 to DARPA-BAA-11-51
