- Attachment VI Coast Guard Cutter Location List Attachment V Equipment / Software list Attachment IV Labor Categories Attachment III Wage Determination No.: 2005-2543, Revision No.: 12 Attachment II-A Firm-Fixed Price Supplies/Services CLIN Structure and Pricing Spreadsheet Attachment ISEAWATCH Performance Work Statement (PWS) SEAWATCH RFP HSCG44-11-R-PC7117 Document This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items or services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number HSCG44-11-R-PC7117, in accordance with FAR Part 12, contractor technical support services to install the SEAWATCH system aboard United States Coast Guard WHEC-378, WMEC-270, WMEC-210, and WPB-110 Cutters. The SEAWATCH System will be deployed to approximately 72 cutters. System deployment is dependent on cutter schedules, installation team availability, etc. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-51, Effective April 1, 2011. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 541512 and the business size standard is $25M. The proposed acquisition is solicited as Service-Disabled Veteran -Owned Small Business Concerns (SDVOSB) set aside. A five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract will be awarded to one (1) company. Individual Delivery order/task orders will be issued upon award of the IDIQ Contract as Firm-Fixed Price Delivery order/task orders. The period of performance will be 5 years from the date of contract award. The entire SEAWATCH RFP HSCG44-11-R-PC7117 document, Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract Performance Work Statement (PWS) and other applicable documents are hereby attached as separate documents for all products/services to be provided under this requirement.
