- The attached RFI document contains necessary information for vendors to provide a response. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to find solutions to procure responsive, reliable, and cost-effective recurring hardware maintenance for DISA hardware based upon the levels of maintenance service support identified for DISA responsible equipment assets for Defense Information Systems Agency Computing Services Directorate (DISA CSD) in support of the DISA CSD processing centers. Questions for this RFI will be due to the points of contact identified below No Later Than (NLT) 07 Jun 2011, at 5:00 P.M Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). The resulting vendor submission should be a technically sound response. Responses to this RFI are due NLT 15 June 2011, at 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).
