- This action entails the purchase of Prephix Software for the Integration Lab and the AOC WS Increment 10.1 Hybrid Sustainment Effort. NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA) This is a notice of intent from ESC/HSGK, Hanscom AFB, MA to award a firm fixed-price, sole source purchase order to Argon ST, Inc. Argon ST, Inc. is the only known provider/manufacturer for this proprietary software, licenses for Prephix Software, software training and support. The period of performance shall be for one year from date of contract award. This purchase will be made under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2); Soliciting from a single source. The anticipated award date is 13 June 2011. This is not a request for quotations. Interested parties may submit capability statements and qualifications for this requirement. All information received will be considered solely for informational purposes. This announcement constitutes a notice of intent for a contract action, not a solicitation. The Government's determination not to compete this proposed contract action is based on market research previously conducted.
