- This is a requirement for the recore/remanufacture of the E-3, C-5,C-135 & F-15 heat exchangers. The contractor shall provide all labor,facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish therecore/remanufacture, testing, packing, preservation and packaging. Afirm fixed price requirements type contract is contemplated. Thecontract period will be one year with four one-year options. Thesolicitation number will be FA8118-11-R-0019.
