- Performance Work Statement Architecture Solution Evaluation Criteria We are requesting industry comments concerning the requirement for IT platform/transcription service. Attached is the PWS, IT platform for this requirement and technical capability. Please submit any questions or comments. If your company can perform this service attach your capability statement, your company's business size standard in relation to the new NAICS. We also ask that you provide a Rough Order of Magnitude for Transcription/IT services for planning purposes and whether you are able to satisfy the technical criteria attached.
