- Shed conceptual drawing SF 1442 Solicitation AG-32KW-S-11-0227 Provide construction services to construct two storage sheds for the USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS), in Laredo, Texas. The requirement shall be in accordance with the attached statement of work and the resultant contract for the USDA, APHIS. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Webb County Davis Bacon Wage Rates.
