- REPLACEMENT OF FLOW/PRESSURE SWITCHS AND PLC This is a synopsis for a commercial replacement and programming of fuel programmable Logic Controller and flow/pressure switches. The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor and supervision necessary to replace the Programmable Logic Controller and Flow/Pressure switches for Facilities 1270 and 485 Fuel Monitoring Systems at March Air Reserve Base California in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, contract statement of work and contract specifications at March Air Reserve Base, California. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The performance period for this contract is 60 calendar days after receipt of order all work, and must be completed no later than 60 calendar days after receipt of order. The contractor shall be technically capable and have experience with replacing, installing, and programming the Programmable Logic Controller and Flow/Pressure switches referenced in the attached Statement of Work (or equal to) and be able to provide references and verification of technical capabilities. The Contractor shall be able to meet and agree with the attached Statement of Work. The successful contractor will be evaluated using past performance. Award will be made to the responsible contractor whose proposal conforming to the solicitation represents the best value to the government, only price and past performance will be considered. The applicable NAICS code is 237120 with a small business size standard of $33.5 Million. The solicitation and all attachments will be electronically issued a may be accessed by viewing and downloading on the government Electronic Posting System (EPS) site at www.fbo.gov.
