- The purpose of this requirement is to provide internal security services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District at 2101 Woolworth Ave, Omaha, NE, 68103, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The Contractor is required to provide all labor, equipment (Vehicle, cell phone, flash lights) and other essential requirements to maintain security to the level defined in this scope. The objective is to maintain visibility and control of the Woolworth Ave Gate and compound area, notifying designated Corps employees of deliveries and personnel requesting access to the facility that do not have a Government CAC Card during day light hours and roving internal security to include physically checking doors every 2 hours during hours of darkness. Under no conditions will contract security forces be involved in offensive operations. Contract security is to serve as a deterrent and communicate problems to Omaha Police Department and designated Corps Representatives.
