- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) S-Band Telemetry Transmitter (2200.5MHz to 2394.5MHz, 0.5 MHz tuning steps, RS-422 clock and data interface, Female MDM-15 Connector and Female SMA RF Output, Dual-mode (PCM/FM, SOQPSK-TG) (0.5 -10Mbps PCM/FM) (1 - 20 Mbps SOQPSK), RF Output: 10 Watts (-4D) (2.000" x 3.000" x 0.688") (-VP) Variable Power Option (32 settings, up to 24dBm of attenuation), (-CF) Clock-Free Baseband Interface Option, (-HR) High Bit Rate Option, (-WV) Wide Voltage Option, Qty 12. This requirement is sole sourced to Quasonix, 6025 Schumacher Park Drive, West Chester, Ohio 45069-4812 as the only vendor able to produce this part. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
