- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation under quotation number N66001-11-T-9191 for various commercial gases/liquids to be delivered on an "as neededbasis". Please see Request for Quote attached. This RFQ is prepared inaccordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, SimplifiedAcquisition Procedures. This requirement is for a Base Year and two OptionYears. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICScode is 325120, business size 1000 employees.This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effectthroughFederal Acquisition Circular 2005-52 (31 May 2011) and Defense FederalAcquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), 18 May 2011. It is theresponsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses andprovisions. The clauses can be accessed in full text at www.farsite.hill.af.mil. Basis for award: The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed pricepurchase order to the technically acceptable lowest bidder. This RFQ closes on Tuesday, 14 June 20110 at 4:00 P.M.
