- The resulting contract from this solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order for Contractor services providing all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, transportation and any other items and services necessary to plan, program, administer, manage, execute and replace old outdated large bulldog panels with modern electrical panels as outlined below in the Scope of Work. All equipment is located at the U.S. Army / ERDC / CRREL (Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory) facility at 72 Lyme Road in Hanover, New Hampshire
