Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91QF5-11-T-0014 and is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal acquisition Circular 2005-36. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business and North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 562119 with a corresponding Small Business Size standard of 500 employees. This Mission Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Lee, VA 23801 intends to award a firm-fixed price type contract. Requirements are as follows: Line Item 0001 Quantity of 25 Each Water/Oil Separator, The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, and supervision to provide preventive maintenance and service for the oil/water separators at Fort Lee, VA Line Item 0002 Contractor Manpower Report - The Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Manpower & Reserve Affairs) operates and maintains a secure Army data site where the contractor will report ALL contractor manpower (Including subcontractor manpower) required for performance of this Contract. The contractor is required to completely fill in all the Information in the format using the following web address https://cmra.army.mil. Offeror shall specify whether quote is F.O.B., Destination, or Other. Delivery is required no later than 30 days after award to Fort Lee, VA. The offeror shall include a completed of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification, Commercial Items with their offer. The following local Clause also applies 52.000-4028 Site Visit: Site visit will be conducted on 6 Jun 2011 10:00 am. If you have complaints about this procurement, it is preferable that you first attempt to resolve those concerns with the responsible Contracting Officer. However, you can also protest to Headquarters, AMC. The HQ, AMC-Level Protest Program is intended to encourage interested parties to seek resolution of their concerns within AMC as an Alternative Dispute Resolution forum, rather than filing a protest with the Government Accountability Office or other external forum. Contract award or performance is suspended during the protest to the same extent, and within the time periods, as if filed at the GAO. The AMC protest decision goal is to resolve protests within 20 working days from filing. To be timely, protests must be filed within the periods specified in FAR 33.10. If you want to file a protest under AMC-Level Protest Program, the protest must request resolution under the program and be sent to the address below. All other agency-level protests should be sent to the contracting officer for resolution. The offeror must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and the On-Line Certification and Representations Application (ORCA) database to be considered for award. The website for CCR and ORCA is http://www.ccr.gov and https://orca.bpn.gov. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
