- All other Clauses and Provisions 52.212-5 52.212-3 Reps and Certs Short SOW with additional details COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICIATION (I) The is a combined synopsis/soliciation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional infrormation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation document is issued as a request fro quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes on reference number: 64-119E-1341. (III) The soliciation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect trhough Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50, dated 16 May 2011. (IV) There is a 100% small business set-aside for this procurement. The associated NAICS code is 238220. The small business size standard is $14.0M. (V) This combined soliciation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial service (See SOW attached): CLIN 0001: Base Period: Anuual Maintenance and support for three FPB HVAC Untis, estimated Period of Performance: June 13, 2011 - June 12, 2012 CLIN 1001: 1st Option Period: Anuual Maintenance and support for three FPB HVAC Untis, estimated Period of Performance: June 13, 2012 - June 12, 2013 (VI) Period of Performance (Estimated): Base Period: June 13, 2011 - June 12, 2012 1st Option Period: June 13, 2012 - June 12, 2013 (VII) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items (Jun 2008), applies to this acquisition.
