- SOLICITATION: SPM4A6-11-R-1454; NSN 6605-01-465-9234; PR 0041649175; ITEM: Transmitter, Induction Compass; IAW Vectronix, Inc. (CAGE 7Z946), part number 667738. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis (Other Than Full and Open Competition). Required delivery is 90 days After Date of Order (ADO). FOB is at Destination, Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Destination. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. This DLA direct procurement is for a Firm Fixed Price type contract for a quantity of 50 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dal.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation.
