- Solicitation No. P11PS01209 will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract for Commercial Items, using simplified acquisition procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 327390; the size standard is 500 employees or less. There will be a base period with an opportunity of 2 option years. The estimated magnitude of this procurement is between $40,000 to $50,000 each year. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Chapter 19.502-2, the Government shall set-aside all procurements with a total contract value between $3000 and $150,000 (Simplified Acquisition Threshold) for small business concerns. The Contractor shall provide necessary labor and equipment to successfully provide, install, and remove 1,320 linear feet of 12' Long x 2' Base x 2'-8" Tall J-J Hook Precast Concrete Barriers for the July 4th Celebration for the National Mall and Memorial Parks, Washington, D.C. This solicitation (P11PS01209) and attachments will be available at the following websites, http://fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about 05/31/2011 with an offer due date no later than 4:00 p.m. of June 15, 2011. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. No hard copies of the solicitation package will be mailed or issued. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitation and attachments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation. To download the solicitation all interested bidders must have a DUNS number. To receive a DUNS number please contact Dun & Bradstreet at 1-800-333-0505. However, all quote responses shall be submitted by the U.S. mail, e-mail or hand carried by 4 PM, June 15, 2011.
