- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Lee is currently seeking sources to provide portable latrine rental and maintenance services for field training exercises conducted at Fort A.P. Hill, VA. This is a Sources Sought Notice only. Solicitations are not available at this time. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 562991 (Size Standard: $7 million). It is anticipated that the period of performance will be for one base period, plus four 1-year option periods. Market research is being conducted to determine potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this notice is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Responses to this notice should include the following: Name and address of company; Point of contact with email address; Business Status (large or small), identifying whether or not the firm falls into any of the socioeconomic categories, small business, 8(a) concern, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUB Zone small business, small disadvantaged business, women-owned small business, or historically black college or university and minority institution (as defined by the clause at DFARS 252.226-7000); Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code; Any pertinent information which demonstrates the ability to meet the above requirement All responses shall be submitted via e-mail to the following: Nicole Black at nicole.black3@us.army.mil, no later than 1400 hours EDT on Friday, 03 June 2011.
