COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION: The USPFO for Louisiana has a requirement for lodging for Annual Training to be held at Ft Rucker, AL, 10-21 August 2011. Statement of Work Louisiana Army National Guard Lodging from 8/10/11 to 8/20/11; 10 nights Pricing should be submitted on this form. The Louisiana Army National Guard is in need of lodging for Annual Training to be held at Ft Rucker, AL, 10-20 August 2011. The following details the requirements. Lodging: Hotel will provide the accommodations as listed below. Hotel locations must be within 10 miles from Ft Rucker, Enterprise, AL. A rooming list will be provided at the time of the award. ALL TAXES will be INCLUDED in your room costs. 15 Double Occupancy Rooms for 8/10/11-8/20/11 Room Cost (Inclusive) Per Night ______________ 20 King Occupancy Rooms for 8/10/11-8/20/11 Room Cost (Inclusive) Per Night_______________ Total Room Cost (Inclusive) for Entire Stay ______________ Quotes must be submitted by 6/2/11 at 1:00 P.M. (CST). All questions must be submitted via fax or e-mail by 5/31/11 12:00 P.M. (CST). (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
