- Electronic Health Records (Basement of Clemente Hall) Network Cabling Installation, Request for Bid IROQUOIS JOB CORPS CENTER Bid 2011 - 3 Cabling Written bids to be submitted to Mary Jo McConnell; Purchasing Agent, in person, by e-mail to McConnell.MaryJo@jobcorps.org or by US Postal Service at the 11780 Tibbets Road, Medina, NY 14103 location no later than June 17, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. eastern standard time. All work shall be performed by a qualified contractor in accordance with the latest building codes and New York State Laws. Materials shall be as specified in U.S. Department of Labor Job Corps Program; National Job Corps Data Center Guidelines and Specifications for Network Infrastructure Installation, Additions and Modifications Version 1.0. Contractor to provide all materials and labor for project. A mandatory contractor site walkthrough is required with the Center Communications Specialist for all bidding parties. No bids will be accepted from non attending parties. Site walk through shall take place at 11780 Tibbets Road, Medina, NY 14103 on June 8, 2011at 2:00 pm eastern standard time. All questions will be addressed at this time. Contractor must supply copy of New York State licenses, three references, proof of insurances such as Worker's Compensation, Professional Liability, General Liability of $1 million/$1 million each occurrence, and the companies DUNS number.
