- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Hawaii City: Honolulu Delineated Area: North: Monanalau Freeway; South: Aolele Street; East: Lagoon Drive; West: Salt Lake Boulevard. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,248 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,000 ABOA Space Type: Class A Office Space Parking Spaces (Total): Twelve (12) dedicated surface parking spaces under lease. Full Term: Ten (10) years full Firm Term: Seven (7) years firm Additional Requirements: • Separate, dedicated entrance for government use only. • Parking must be within close proximity to government space. • Proposed site shall not be located in excess of a 5-minute driving radius north, south, east, and west of the Honolulu Airport. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
