- Limited Sources Justification and Approval (REDACTED) NOTICE OF AWARD -- The Air Force Security Assistance Center (AFSAC) has awarded a limited source GSA delivery order to Mary Ober, Inc. for Case Management Control System (CMCS) Maintenance, with a period of performance from 01 June 2011 to 31 May 2012. Award was made on 27 May 2011. In accordance with (IAW) FAR 8.405-6(a), orders placed under Federal Supply Schedules are exempt from the requirements of FAR Part 6. However, an ordering activity must justify its action when restricting consideration of schedule contractors to fewer than required in FAR 8.405-2. Subject posting of this Justification and Approval (J&A) complies with FAR 8.405-6(a)(2).
