Description

The Bureau of Public Debt, on behalf of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to award an Order to Moody's Analytic on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for Market Implied Ratings and Document Select Service. Moody's Analytic is the only online provider of the above licenses. OCC Bank Examiners have used Moody's ratings in prior years. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received by June 07, 2010 by 12:00pm ET. Responses shall be submitted to PSB3@bpd.treas.gov, Attention M. Forbes/P. White A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
