- Description
- The Pine Bluff Arsenal Contracting Office has a requirement for a wastewater treatment system supporting the activities of the Red Phosphorus (RP) Mix and Load Facility at the Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). The performance specifications require the contractor to provide all materials, labor, parts, equipment and expertise to remove and dispose of the existing wastewater storage and treatment system components and design and installation of a complete new wastewater treatment system. Final acceptance will be based on the system performance after installation and will be evaluated on criteria included in the performance specifications for the project. Acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. NACIS code: 237110, business size: $ 33.5 million. W911RP-11-R-0011 is the number for this Request for Proposal. Solicitation issue date on or after 27 December 2010, solicitation closing date on or about 27 January 2011. Place of performance is Pine Bluff Arsenal, AR.
